This item came from the remaining stock of a local bike shop which reportedly ceased doing business in the early 1950s,when the owner became involved in the Electrical Trade ( and introduced electricity to the local villages).

Much of the stock still has cardboard labels attached bearing the price in pre-decimal format, Pounds,Shillings and Pence. It is all new, unused, and much of it in original packaging. Inevitably the condition of some items reflects the passage of time but nearly always the imperfections are superficial, and the items are fully functional. In the few cases where this is not the case, it is highlighted in the text.
